This green project consisted of two units in the Brentwood area of Austin. Two condos, 2000 sqf. each in the modern craftsman style to fit the neighborhood architecturally. With maximum use of spaced per McMansion laws and restrictions, we were able to achieve an open layout to create a feel of a residential home rather than a condo. Travertine tile, granite countertops and custom light fixtures made the home’s look rather unique and upgraded.
Ceiling height of 10 and 14 feet in some areas and open layout was our main focus for creating an open spacious structure.
