This major remodel/addition to a home in the Brentwood area in Austin was about restoring the old look of the home but still giving it a new facelift. The addition of over 700 sqf to the existing home and major remodel allowed maintaining the old feel of the structure with some new additions of a large master suite and existing dwelling renovations. The whole interior was regutted to the studs. The new interiors include wood floors, glass tiles and pebbles. The addition was done not to interfere with the frontage of
the home, thus creating a private master suite.
Glass tile, granite and new cabinetry were installed in the kitchen as well as wood floors.
In the bathroom four types of material were used; tile, pebbles granite and imported Italian tile.
